I’m a Registered Psychotherapist offering online therapy to youth (15+) and adults across Ontario who are living with grief and trauma.
I do this work because I know how disorienting it can be to carry something heavy and feel like no one really sees it. I’ve sat with people who are grieving what they can’t put into words, or trying to make sense of pain that’s been with them for a long time.
I work with those who feel disconnected, from themselves, from others, or from a sense of meaning. Whether you’re moving through deep grief, living with the impact of trauma, or wrestling with questions you can't seem to answer, I offer a space where your experience is taken seriously.
I have spent over a decade working in spiritual care, crisis response, youth addictions and community-based mental health. I've supported people experiencing grief and trauma in shelters, residential treatment, corrections and justice services, and private practice.
These experiences taught me that healing isn’t about “fixing” what's broken. It's about being met with care, curiosity, and the freedom to be fully yourself.
I work relationally at your pace, and with respect for your values, identities, and lived experiences. My approach integrates evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, Narrative Therapy, DBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
You deserve a space to make sense of your story, where your emotions are welcome, and your questions are met with openness not judgment or labels.
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether you're navigating grief and loss, making sense of trauma, exploring your identity or deconstructing beliefs, we start where you are. Together, we create space for:
Slowing down and reconnecting with your inner voice
Honouring the complexity of grief, trauma, and loss
Exploring meaning, spirituality, or faith on your own terms
Rebuilding safety in your body, relationships, and life
I work with folks who are:
Grieving a loss, whether it be a death, a relationship or something under the surface
Living with trauma or complex PTSD
Healing from religious harm or spiritual abuse
Questioning or reclaiming parts of themselves
Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR)
Dialectal Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
